MOSCOW, Mar 16 (PRIME) -- Russian truck producer Kamaz may reduce output by 40%, and 15,000 employees may face dead time due to the lack of components, President of the Tatarstan republic Rustam Minnikhanov told President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday.

"Car producers will suffer most in Tatarstan and will start working part-time," he said.
